After a long time we saw Tendulkar trend on Social Media, but wait it wasn’t Sachin Tendulkar who was responsible for this trend but it was his son Arjun Tendulkar, and the reason for this trend was why Arjun Tendulkar and not Pranav Dhanwade (the guy who took to cricket by storm with a whooping 1000 run knock) was selected in the U 16 West zone side.
The real reason Arjun Tendulkar was selected is not only because he is hard working but also as Pranav spoke to a local Pune FM that he (Pranav) is not eligible for the tournament.
Dhanawade, who turned sixteen recently was ineligible for selection in the West Zone side. According to the selection procedure, the candidate needs to play for Mumbai in order to be considered for selection in the zonal side. Unfortunately, Dhanawade’s swash-buckling innings came after the Mumbai side was picked and played few games already.
These are some irresponsible citizens without checking the facts go on to twitter to spread rumors, which many of us fall prey to and start believing.
Dear Pranav Dhanawade, the mistake is yours…
You weren't born in a rich and powerful family.
Only talent is NOT enough! :'(

The Real Reason Arjun Tendulkar and not Pranav Dhanawade was selected in the U-16
“The selection for Mumbai’s U-16 team happened before Pranav’s record. They had also played a few matches. So since Pranav didn’t feature for the Mumbai U-16 team, he cannot be a part of the West zone side, that’s the procedure,” Pranav’s father Prashant Dhanawade told Firstpost.
It is our duty to be responsible and check the facts before posting anything on the Social Media, that will add to hatred and spread false knowledge.
This boy is debuting for U 16, and it should be our duty to encourage him and make him the man that we all can be proud of.
